4. Parent / Guardian Responsibility
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the child’s medical, developmental, and educational history
- Informing the center of any changes in health, medication, or behaviour
- Ensuring timely attendance, cooperation, and follow-through with recommended strategies at home
5. Therapy Sessions & Attendance
- Sessions must be attended as scheduled
- Any cancellations or rescheduling should be informed in advance as per center policy
- Missed sessions may not be compensated unless otherwise stated
6. Fees & Payments
- Fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule
- Payments once made are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned in writing
- The center reserves the right to revise fees with prior notice
7. Online Therapy Services
For online services, parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and appropriate learning environment. Aster Center is not responsible for disruptions due to technical issues beyond our control.
8. Confidentiality & Privacy
All personal information, assessments, reports, and records are kept strictly confidential. Information will only be shared with consent or when legally required.
9. Photography & Media
Photos or videos of children will only be used for documentation, training, or promotional purposes with prior parental consent. Parents may opt out at any time by submitting a written request.
10. Behaviour & Safety
Aster Center maintains a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Any behaviour that threatens the safety of children, staff, or others may result in suspension or discontinuation of services.
11. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide high-quality, evidence-based support, Aster Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes arising from participation in any program.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and program materials, is the intellectual property of Aster Center and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
13. Changes to Terms
